Who builds Vector CRM
Vector CRM is built by a Ukrainian team in Lviv. We build it together with real shops, not for an abstract “market”.
Why we build it
A shop can be technically excellent and still lose customers — because the customer cannot see what is happening to their car and does not understand what they are paying for. Classic record-keeping systems do not solve that: they capture the outcome instead of running the process. We build a system that runs the repair itself and makes it transparent to everyone — mechanic, service advisor, owner and customer.
How we work
Sign-up is self-service and the first month is free, so the decision is made by the shop after actually using it rather than by a salesperson. Priorities come from the people in the system every day: what gets asked for most often ships first. And we publish only what you can already open and click — no “coming soon” features on the product page.
Two companies — and why
The product is developed and provided by LIONWOOD STUDIO LTD (England). Shops resident in Ukraine contract with the Ukrainian company ТОВ «Лаєнвуд Софтвер Сервісес» under a public offer and pay in hryvnia at the NBU rate; non-residents contract with the English company under the Terms of Service.
