App Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 July 2026

Operator: LIONWOOD STUDIO LTD, company no. 17025936, 17 Church Lane, Heckmondwike, England, WF16 0AT.

The Ukrainian version prevails; English is provided for reference.

1. Acceptance

These Terms are a contract between you and Lionwood Studio Ltd for the Vector app. By activating the app (verifying your phone number) you accept these Terms and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not activate the app.

2. What Vector is (and is not)

Vector is a window into your auto shop's work: it shows repair status, diagnostics, photos, explanations, estimates, invoices and your vehicles' service history. Lionwood provides software only. Shops are independent businesses — not our agents, partners or subcontractors — and we are not a party to your relationship with them.

3. Your account

Your identity in Vector is your phone number, verified by a one-time code. You must be at least 18. One account per person; keep your phone secure; provide accurate information. Phone-number change is not yet available in-app — contact support.

4. The shop is responsible for the work

Repairs, diagnostics, tuning, detailing, parts, prices, estimates, deadlines, quality and warranties are solely between you and the shop performing the work. Your consumer rights under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" apply against the shop as the service provider. Address work-related claims to the shop; the app only documents the process. Lionwood does not vet or guarantee shops' quality, prices, timing or qualifications.

5. In-app approvals are binding instructions

Tapping "Approve" on an estimate line gives the shop a binding instruction to perform that work at the stated price — like a signature on paper. Review items carefully before approving. Your decisions (approved/declined, time, channel) are recorded and available to the shop as evidence of your instruction.

6. Payments

The price of the work belongs to your shop and is paid to it through a payment provider. Lionwood never receives your card details — the payment provider handles them. Questions about the work itself, refunds and chargebacks are resolved between you, the shop and the provider.

Service fee for paying in the app. If you pay for the work through the app, Lionwood charges a service fee of 1% of the payment, capped at UAH 500 per payment, for the use of that feature. This fee is Lionwood's charge for the payment feature, not part of the price of the work: it is added to the amount due to the shop, and the shop does not receive it. You see the exact fee on a separate line before you confirm the payment, and no payment is taken without your confirmation. Paying through the app is never the only option — you can always settle with the shop directly and pay no fee. The fee may change; the current amount is always shown before you confirm.

7. Cross-shop service history

After activation the app automatically shows you the customer-visible service history of your vehicles from all shops connected to Vector (matched by your phone number). Shops do not see each other's records; on phone lookup a shop sees only limited context (name, activation status, vehicle count). A shop may ask you to share vehicle data — your choice. Per-shop hiding controls do not exist yet; objections: contact@vectorcrm.app. Details: Privacy Policy §7. By activating the app you acknowledge this feature.

8. AI assistant and AI explanations

Some texts in the app are generated by AI. Repair explanations are reviewed by a shop employee before you see them. The AI assistant (where available) answers questions about your car based on available service records.

Important: AI answers are informational only — not professional, technical or diagnostic advice; AI explains, it does not diagnose — a reliable diagnosis requires physical inspection by a professional. Answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. If you suspect a safety-critical fault (brakes, steering, suspension, etc.) — stop driving and see a professional. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on AI output.

9. Acceptable use

You must not: use the app unlawfully; enter other people's personal data; abuse or harass shop staff via free-text fields; give knowingly false approvals; interfere with the service, reverse engineer it or scrape data.

10. Free service; future premium

Using the app is free for car owners. The only charge Lionwood makes to you today is the service fee for paying for work through the app (section 6), and it arises only when you choose that payment method yourself. Certain features (e.g. the extended AI assistant) may later be offered for a fee under separate terms and prices, billed through app-store mechanisms (separate terms will be published before launch). No paid feature is enabled without your explicit opt-in.

11. Intellectual property

The app and all rights in it belong to Lionwood and its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. Content you upload (e.g. photos) remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to operate the service.

12. Availability; as-is

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of continuity or freedom from errors; features may change, be limited or withdrawn (especially during beta). The completeness of your history depends on the records shops keep; gaps are not our doing.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for rights that cannot lawfully be limited (including mandatory consumer rights in Ukraine — §14). Otherwise: we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits; our total liability is capped at the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Lionwood in the preceding 12 months (currently zero) and (b) £50. We are not liable for shops' services (§4).

14. Consumer-rights savings clause

Nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections granted by mandatory laws of Ukraine (or your country of habitual residence). Where a term conflicts with such protection, the protection prevails and the term applies to the maximum permitted extent.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory protections of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales on a non-exclusive basis; as a consumer you may also bring proceedings where you reside. Contact us first — most issues are resolved without court: contact@vectorcrm.app.

16. Suspension, termination, account deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Account deletion: by emailing contact@vectorcrm.app (an in-app deletion flow is in development). Deletion limits are described in Privacy Policy §15 (shops' lawful records of performed work and immutable financial documents are retained as required by law).

17. Changes

We will notify you in-app of material changes before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the app.

18. Language

These Terms exist in Ukrainian and English. The Ukrainian version prevails.

19. App-store riders

Apple: these Terms are between you and Lionwood, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support and is not responsible for any claims relating to the app (including product-compliance, consumer-protection or IP claims); in case of failure to conform to a warranty Apple may refund the purchase price (if any), with all other obligations remaining Lionwood's; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you; you represent you are not located in a US-embargoed country and are not on any prohibited-party list; App Store Usage Rules apply.
Google: Google Play terms apply; in case of conflict regarding distribution via Play, Google Play requirements prevail.
