What a shop CRM costs: two variables

Each active location adds 5 worker seats and 1 admin seat to one shared account pool. Spread them across locations however you like.

Every further seat costs $10 a month — the same for a worker and for an admin. It's not a cap, just a linear add-on.

The pool belongs to the account, not to each location: four locations mean 20 worker seats and 4 admin seats, spread however you like. Every further seat is $10 a month.

Billing
No surprises on the invoice
Monthly subscription
A 30-day billing period, paid in advance. Card payment via Stripe in your account. Paid, undisputed amounts are not refunded, and unused access is neither compensated nor carried over (offer cl. 7.8, ToS cl. 5.4).
Billing preview
Before every charge you see the next period's amount in your account, and you can switch off auto-renewal until that date.
Changes apply next period
Add a location or a seat mid-period and it lands on the next invoice instead of charging you immediately.
Priced in USD, invoiced in UAH
Tariffs are set as a US dollar equivalent. Settlement is in Ukrainian hryvnia at the official NBU rate on the invoice date.

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my own plan?
No, and that's deliberate. The band follows your active location count: 1 is Starter, 2–3 Growth, 4–9 Scale, 10 or more Enterprise. That way you never overpay for a “higher” plan or lose features on a “lower” one.
What counts as an active location?
A location that's available for operational use — one where work orders are created or carried out. Draft, inactive and archived locations aren't billed, and their history stays available.
What if one location has more mechanics than another?
Nothing. The pool is account-wide: two locations give you 10 worker seats and 2 admin seats, and it makes no difference if one location runs 8 mechanics and the other 2. You only pay extra once the total exceeds the pool.
Are owners and admins billed?
One admin seat per location is already included — usually taken by the shop administrator. Each further admin account (a manager, a warehouse keeper, a second service advisor) is $10 a month, the same as an extra worker seat. If a service advisor also takes on jobs, they occupy a worker seat.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 30 days free — full functionality, no limits, no card required. Billing starts only after that period ends, so if the system isn't a fit you pay nothing.
What currency do I pay in?
Invoices are issued in Ukrainian hryvnia. Prices are set as a US dollar equivalent and converted at the official NBU rate on the invoice date (art. 533 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes. Auto-renewal can be switched off in your account at any time before the next charge, and access runs to the end of the paid period. Paid, undisputed amounts aren't refundable.
Could the price go up later?
We can change tariffs, but never for a period you've already paid for — changes take effect from the next one. If new terms don't suit you, you can terminate before the period they apply to begins.
Who you contract with
Customers resident in Ukraine contract with ТОВ «Лаєнвуд Софтвер Сервісес» under the Ukrainian public offer. Non-residents contract with LIONWOOD STUDIO LTD under the Terms of Service. This page is the then-current price list those documents refer to.
